We made it to Houston, we stopped at a rest area between San Antonio and Houston that had a nature trail for a short walk. We have no idea what this is. It looks like a giant grass hopper, but it has a long stinger for a tail.
We might have something else right away, but won’t know till later today. Maybe things are beginning to pick up.

Willie loves to look out the window every time the truck slows down. In traffic he likes to look down at the cars going by. It's really hilarious. People point and stare, he loves the attention.
Back to WorkAfter getting home Sunday, our trailer is loaded and ready to go to Houston by Friday. We still have another day at the house and the pool! It will only take us two days to get there, but we are scheduled to sit and wait five days and bring

1The bug in the picture is of a Kaytdid. This particular one is know as a Green Monster. The long tail is not a stinger. The Kaytdid is not poisonous. However, it can and will bite if given the opportunity. My son once caught one and while holding it was bitten. Bite was strong enough to draw blood.
We caught one and kept it in a glass aquarium for a few days. Fed it a grasshopper every day. Needless to say meal time was quite entertaining.

2Thanks for the information. Willie wanted to play with it but I was scared it might bite him.
