After taking a week off for the Thanksgiving Holiday we are back on the road and this morning in New Mexico. Coming from Minnesota to New Mexico I thought I would enjoy the warm weather. NOT happening in fact it feels just as cold in Alberquerque as it did during the Holiday in Minneapolis. We are headed for Phoenix and I hope to enjoy some warm weather there. Growing up I thought it was always warm in the southern states but I guess that is not the case. I have been driving about 250-300 miles a day. I want to condition myself for team driving. I will need to do a lot more than 250 miles, more like 500 miles a day. Wayne has been very patient with me this first month of driving. I hear such horror stories from my friends that I went to school with and the ladies at the truck stops about their first month of driving.
