Even when I hauled Refrigerated there was still a slow down when the growing season in Calif is finished. Unless things pick up I bet this year's slow season for refrig will be even slower than normal.

As a safety director in the midwest, all I hear is how slow it is for those that haul dry or specialized freight. It seems that only refrigerated freight is still busy, people will always eat I suppose. If your company has a loyal customer base, then I would suggest that you stay where you are at, moving will make you new "man" on the board with a smaller chance of hauling for their old time customer base. Ride it out where you are if you can. If that is no longer an option, consider hauling for a refrigerated company.
