Here’s our schedule for the next week. We are currently on our way to the Boston suburbs to deliver on Monday. Then picking up Monday afternoon in Rhode Island for a Friday delivery in Las Vegas. Picking up some audio stuff in Vegas on Friday to deliver at the Ritz Carlton Hotel in Half Moon Bay, CA just south of San Franscisco on Sunday, then pick up at our customer in San Jose on Monday for Austin, TX and deliver probably Thursday. After that? Nothing is planned at the moment.
Awhile back when we were stuck in Maryland, I applied for an Ezpass because I was tired of stopping for all the tollbooths in the Northeast. We still have to pay, but the statements should be easier to keep track of instead of tiny toll receipts. While I was at it, I also applied and got a Sunpass for Florida and a Pikepass for Oklahoma. We don’t go through Oklahoma much, but when we do we won’t have to stop. Besides, I was on a roll! This is our first trip east with our new Ezpass, which is supposed to work in Illinois too so I didn’t apply for an I-Pass. I guess I’ll find out if it works when we go through the one small toll on I-80 south of Chicago, just before the Indiana state line.
