The plan was for me to stay home and to get some treatment for this neck injury. But I can be in pain in the truck or at home. The bottom line is I’d rather be with my husband and I know he could use the help driving. So he came back to Las Vegas on his way to Atlantic City, NJ and I loaded my clothes and we were off. We drove almost 2 days straight to be on time for the delivery. We are now heading back to the West Coast, Oregon and Washington with a loaded truck. Our dispatcher has us booked-up until the 2nd week in May. So lots of driving for this month and May also.
I hear about lots of bad spring weather with tornado’s but so far we have been lucky to not be around when they are. We are currently in PA this gray cold Saturday morning and I just stepped out of the truck to see how the loading was coming along and had a few snow flakes hit me in the face. As long as its only a few I will remain calm. Looking forward to heading west and maybe even a small stop in Minnesota to say “hi” and have some truck maintenance at the Volvo dealership where we bought it.
