Everyone loves free money! I know I do. But I know I’m not going to get rich or get stronger financially by giving away tons of money I don’t have and no idea how I’m going to get that money to give away in the first place.

Obama: Give economy $50 billion boost
With a big jump in the unemployment rate and record oil prices, Barack Obama says he wants to extend benefits for those out of work and send out more rebate checks.

He wants all of this done before he gets into office. Whether he’s the president of not, it needs to get done!

“Such relief can’t wait until the next president takes office. … That’s why I’ve called for another round of fiscal stimulus, an immediate $50 billion to help those who’ve been hit hardest by this economic downturn,” Obama told a crowd in Raleigh, N.C.

If it bankrupts the country, he can say it didn’t happen on his watch. Where is he going to get $50 billion?

And if you’re making more than $250,000 a year, (is that gross or adjusted gross?) You might as well walk around with a target on your back. Everyone is going to get tax cuts, but you. If anyone making over $250,000 a year wants to lower their taxes, I’ll have a “Donate” button to my Paypal account over on the sidebar. Better giving it to me than to Obama!

I could barely make it through the rest of the article, but here’s the last line -

Obama said that next week he will lay out his proposals for making the “workforce more competitive by reforming our education system.”

How many times has our education system been reformed? I’m pretty sure that’s code for shovel more money into the bottomless pit of our failed education system. The only thing that needs reforming is to disband the teacher’s unions and fire most of the administrators. The education bureaucracy gets plenty of money. Our schools, not so much. But I’m sure you can’t tell that to a Socialist Liberal Democrat.
