While we were unloading at our warehouse in Vegas a truck driver was trying to give away one of his dogs. In a moment of weakness, we went over to the truck stop to take a look. Willie is a seven month old miniature rat terrier, even though he looks a lot like a toy fox terrier. He’s housebroken and came with a crate, a little food and a few toys. The reason they were giving him awaywas that he didn’t get along with their older dog. After a few days and a name change, (free) Willie is doing fine and does very well on his tiny leash and is housebroken on his puppy training pads.
After a very rushed and hard drive from PA to Vegas, we unloaded into our warehouse because the load from PA doesn’t deliver until the 30th. If we’re in town on the 30th we’ll deliver it, if not, someone else will do it.We reloaded so quickly we didn’t even stop by the house this time. After delivering at the Anaheim Convention Center, we have until Tuesday to pick up a hot load for Atlantic City, NJ. It was originally schedule for Monday, moved to Tuesday, so now we get extra money for waiting. Plus a great load to come to LA from Vegas and maybe a local load from one part of LA to another, maybe. It’s a little far to go back to Vegas then back to LA on Tuesday empty, so we are hanging out about an hour outside the city.
Willie does well in the truck and thankfully, isn’t a yapper. He’s extremely curious about any little thing we do or any little noise and has to be right there to check it out. We got him some chew bones and he tries to bury his bones in the truck! Usually attempting to dig a hole in the covers or under the pillows. Really hilarious to watch his tiny feet digging an imaginary hole then covering his bone with the covers.

1Very cute dog.
I just hope he’ll never be able to really dig a hole in your seat!

3He might be cute, but he can be a menace too.
