We took the top banner picture on our way to Alaska, it’s along the AlCan highway. It’s either in British Columbia or the Yukon. Driving to Alaska in a big rig was the trip of a lifetime. I’m not sure I would do it all the time. The road is a tough drive in a truck, mostly two lane, a lot of RV traffic and a lot of construction.
Other truckers told us it’s a lot better during the winter. No tourists and the snow fills in the dips caused by the permafrost shifting and of course, construction closes down.
